Administrative Assistant I
Duties
This position performs routine clerical and administrative functions, as well as other related duties such as-
1. Performing duties such as drafting correspondence
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
4. Providing information to callers.
5. Needs to be an expert in using the following :
a) Personal computer
b) E-Fax
c) Photocopier
d) Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel e) Google Platform
f) Scanning software, such as DocuShare
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
