Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr.

Summary:
We are looking for a Business Operations (Biz Ops) Coordinator to support the Company Services Leadership Team. This role will focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, keeping our business cadences running on time, and supporting leaders with the planning, coordination, and follow-up that helps the organization stay aligned.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organizing details, and helping leaders and teams focus on their priorities. The right candidate will be resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable managing recurring processes, reporting, and communications.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership Cadence & Content:
  • Schedule and coordinate staff meetings, offsites, and business reviews.
  • Ensure materials are collected, decisions are documented, and follow-ups are tracked.
  • Maintain the Services business planning calendar and align with corporate timelines.
  • Support preparation of presentations and updates for internal use.
  • Operational Execution:
  • Track headcount and open roles in partnership with People and Recruiting teams.
  • Support budget tracking and req approval processes with Finance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on workforce and location strategy tasks.
  • Create and maintain ad hoc reports and trackers as needed.
  • Assist with business continuity processes and other operational projects.
  • Culture, Engagement & Alignment:
  • Partner with the People Partner on engagement activities, onboarding, and internal communications.
  • Support employee engagement touchpoints such as pulse checks, recognition, or event logistics.
  • Ensure information and updates flow smoothly across the org by preparing follow-ups and reminders.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with managing recurring processes and repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and project trackers (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Collaborative, can-do attitude with the willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
