Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Backend hands on Architect with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will lead backend architecture discussions, ensure high performance and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices.
• Integrate backend systems with databases, third-party APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in coding and architecture.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 + years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot).
• Hands-on experience building APIs and microservices using Node.js (Express.js or NestJS).
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and API security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
