Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solution Architect to define, design, and implement end-to-end PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Siemens Teamcenter. This role focuses on aligning engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems to ensure digital continuity across the product lifecycle.
The architect will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, PLM functional teams, and technical development teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing PLM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="1018" data-end="1057">Solution Architecture & Design</>Lead architecture, configuration, and customization of Siemens Teamcenter
Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable functional and technical designs
Define integration strategies between Teamcenter and ERP (SAP), CRM, CAD (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and Data Lake platforms
Oversee installation, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter components
Ensure solutions align with PLM security, compliance, and access control standards
Review and validate functional specifications, custom extensions, and integration designs
Partner with SAP and CRM architects to design integrations for material master, BOMs, ECN, and document management
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to streamline Engineering Change and Engineering-to-Manufacturing processes
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter, including 5+ years in architecture or lead roles
Strong knowledge of Teamcenter modules: PDM, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, Classification
Proven experience integrating Teamcenter with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, and CAD tools
Experience designing custom workflows, access models, and data schemas
Familiarity with PLM deployments in cloud and hybrid environments
