Job Details

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Software Engineer Senior Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

Duties: Responsible for all phases of applications development process, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation in AGILE development lifecycle. Develop and modify complex, high volume, and scalable microservices for banking applications using various tools and technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Red Hat OpenShift cloud-based frameworks, Lightspeed, and Apigee API gateways. Analyze user needs and provide Tier-3 production support, all while developing the requisite solutions for advanced systems issues. Design highly customized applications with the intent of optimizing operational efficiency. Collaborate with product partners to review requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible. Translate requirements into innovative solutions that provide an excellent client experience and align with Digital's architectural roadmap. Prepare detailed designs that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance. Guide sub teams providing technical solutions and ensuring adherence to product roadmaps. Participate in the end-user testing and validation process. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, Technical Specialist, or related position involving full development lifecycle of microservices for banking applications in the global financial services industry. 5 years of experience must include: JAVA/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hybernate, MongoDB, Oracle, SQL Developer, SQL Plus, Compass, IntelliJ, Spring Tool Suite, Eclipse, Java Messaging Services (JMS), IBM Message Queue (MQ), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), Maven, JUnit, Postman, Git, Co-Pilot, Co-Pilot Chat; Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.JS, ReactJS, Content Management System (CMS), JSON, Visual Studio; Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), SOAP UI, Postman, Splunk, CredHub, Sonar Qube; Jenkins, Lightspeed, Git, BitBucket, SourceVersion (SVN), SourceTree, Jira, Confluence, Release Lifecycle Management (RLM), ServiceNow; and Knowledge of application design principles and software architecture patterns.
