About the Program: Our Train and Deploy program is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional skills required in the IT industry. We are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow their skills in Java development.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in intensive training sessions covering Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing.
- Implement high-quality, scalable, and extendable Java solutions.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Eagerness to learn and master new technologies and programming tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Prior experience in Java development is a plus but not required.
