Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing technology initiatives, supporting internal users, and performing basic system administration. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and deployment of technology projects.
Define project objectives and scope while ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and oversee detailed project plans to track progress and address any open issues.
Identify and resolve roadblocks, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Support the Director of IT in managing projects and completing related tasks as needed.
Oversee daily technology operations to ensure all systems function efficiently and effectively.
Provide training and support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other systems, serving as the primary resource for technical inquiries.
Perform basic administrative duties across relevant software and systems, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards.
Develop educational programs to enhance employee competency in using technology tools and assess their adoption and effectiveness.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships to support managed service operations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in technical training, IT support, or a related field.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure; Microsoft certification is preferred.
Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
Proven ability to integrate technology solutions and deliver quality training programs.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
A patient, approachable demeanor with the ability to assist employees in resolving technical challenges.
Experience working with tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in conducting gap analyses, backlog grooming, and creating business requirement documents.
