JOB DESCRIPTION
- 5+ years of Agile experience with strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, facilitation, coaching, and resolving team impediments.
- Skilled in backlog management, team collaboration, and applying Agile best practices for continuous delivery and alignment.
- Servant-leadership mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and stakeholder groups.
- Scrum Master certification required.
- 6+ years of experience in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Teams, Office365
