Role: Senior Data Scientist

Location: New York, NY

Experience 6 - 8 Years

Technical Skills Primary

• 7 plus years of experience in Java development
• Proficiency in Microservices development and deployment
• NoSQL Database Cosmos
• Azure AI Search and Azure Cloud knowledge
• Adherence to Testing Best Practices Methodologies Unit End to end testing Etc
• Adherence to Application Development Documentation Best Practices
• Experience in conducting Design Code Reviews

Technical Skills Secondary

• Chat GPT AI or Open AI
• Design develop and maintain web applications using Java technologies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like Angular
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools CICD Docker Kubernetes

Soft Skills

• As this is an onsite role we must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
