Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.

Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee end-to-end application development initiatives. This role is heavily focused on stakeholder alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that positively impact both internal teams and the customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring proven PM fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments while maintaining executive-level visibility.

Responsibilities:
* Lead stakeholder alignment efforts, coordinating meetings and ensuring all partners (technical, operational, testing, training, and delivery teams) remain aligned on project goals and timelines
* Develop, update, and maintain project plans and status reports in tools such as Smartsheets or JIRA
* Support leadership escalations by contributing to risk identification, mitigation strategies, and resolution
* Review project artifacts to assess impacts to agents and customers, ensuring outcomes align with business and customer success objectives
* Prepare and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and key decisions
* Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of application development initiatives
* Maintain focus on full lifecycle project management (initiation through delivery) within an SDLC environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong prior experience in Project Management, with solid understanding of PM fundamentals and methodologies
* Proven experience supporting application development and SDLC-driven projects
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
* Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheets or JIRA
* Proficiency in PowerPoint with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:
* Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise environments
* Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid project management approaches
* Knowledge of additional collaboration or reporting tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
