Job Details
The Enterprise Platform services team needs an experienced Salesforce solutions designer/architect to work with teams to transition legacy applications, design new solutions, and make the most efficient and effective use of the DHHS Salesforce investment. The duties will include:
Provide cost, time, and resource efforts for new EPSG demands and enhancements
Participate in strategic and tactical planning with business partners, vendors, and organizational unit management
Provide consultation and planning for specific modifications and enhancements to production applications/information systems
Assist applications development staff while serving as a point of escalation for difficult problems
Make recommendations to management on enterprise development practices, standards, and tools
Mentor and train other organizational unit applications development staff in standard development practices, standards, and tools when requested
Monitor efforts for quality assurance and adherence to state, departmental, and divisional standards and procedures
Conduct platform assessment and performance monitoring to avoid preventable interruption of production, and to provide optimum quality service to the clients
Coordinate application assessment and performance monitoring with development teams
