Job Title: Agile Coach

About the Role - We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting and scaling Agile practices. The Agile Coach will be responsible for mentoring, training, and driving cultural transformation across programs, ensuring alignment to enterprise Agile strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, hands-on coaching experience, and the ability to influence and inspire leadership teams as well as delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and trusted advisor to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leadership teams.
- Drive Agile transformation strategies at the team, program, and enterprise levels.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership to align Agile principles with business objectives and outcomes.
- Provide hands-on coaching in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or other Agile frameworks.
- Identify organizational impediments and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Promote Agile metrics and reporting to track progress, predict delivery, and measure value.
- Support portfolio and program-level planning activities, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
- Encourage innovation, collaboration, and adaptive problem-solving across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in IT/Business delivery roles, with at least 7+ years as an Agile Coach.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, or equivalent.
- Proven experience coaching at team, program, and enterprise levels.
- Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in scaling Agile in large enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC/ATF), or equivalent certifications.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Background in DevOps practices, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile Product Management .
