Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project planning, communication, and execution activities across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, track deliverables, coordinate resources, and help ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasks and milestones

  • Track project progress, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, action items, and status reports

  • Coordinate communication across teams, departments, and stakeholders

  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes

  • Manage project calendars, schedule checkpoints, and follow-up on task completion

  • Support budget tracking, procurement, and resource allocation activities

  • Ensure all project artifacts adhere to organizational standards

  • Assist with onboarding of project team members and maintain project dashboards

  • Update project trackers, logs, and reporting tools regularly (Excel, Jira, MS Project, etc.)

Required Skills

  • 2 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator / PMO Coordinator / Project Support Specialist

  • Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and project tracking tools

  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting IT, software, or digital transformation projects

  • Knowledge of project budget tracking and reporting

  • Basic understanding of SDLC

  • PMP, CSM, or CAPM certification (optional)
