Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to lead and support enterprise-level infrastructure initiatives. This role involves managing and optimizing both physical and virtual server environments, with a strong focus on Windows Server platforms and Microsoft technologies.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAN/NAS storage systems, virtualization, and core infrastructure services such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. A strong understanding of security best practices, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proven track record of leading complex projects with minimal supervision are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution and support.
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Oversee SAN and NAS storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and security.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for infrastructure issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and project outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Expertise in:
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Windows 10/11
- Office 365 administration
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- SAN/NAS storage technologies
- DNS, DHCP, and core networking concepts
- SQL Server and database systems
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, MCSE).
