Job Details
he ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software testing experience, with strong hands-on skills in both manual and automated testing using tools such as Playwright, Cucumber/BDD, and Selenium, along with deep experience testing legacy mainframe systems. This role involves designing and executing end-to-end test strategies across complex front-to-back workflows, validating data migrations from mainframe to distributed systems, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Operations teams to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle, define test roadmaps, metrics, and KPIs, and apply risk-based testing approaches. Strong communication skills are essential to translate test outcomes into actionable insights, proactively manage risks, and ensure alignment across Agile/Scrum and Kanban teams using tools such as JIRA, TestRail/qTest, and modern API testing platforms like Insomnia.
