Job Title: Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design enterprise-grade network solutions to support global retail operations, corporate offices, and cloud connectivity.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Cisco Meraki infrastructure, including wireless and switching.
Design and manage Cisco SD-WAN deployments to ensure resilient, cost-effective, and high-performance connectivity across distributed locations.
Engineer and maintain secure network environments using Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Prisma cloud services.
Develop scalable routing and switching architectures using protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and OMP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network design with business and application requirements.
Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology diagrams, configuration standards, and design guides.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Serve as a technical lead on network-related projects and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:
7%2B years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on design and architecture in a global enterprise or retail environment.
Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN technologies
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and security policies.
Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols and network infrastructure design.
Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Meraki Dashboard, SolarWinds, vManage).
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:
Experience designing and supporting retail store networks, including POS systems, guest Wi-Fi, and IoT devices.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network segmentation strategies.
Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) for network configuration and monitoring.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive technical strategy.
