Key responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories for development.
• Product Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Manager on prioritizing and maintain the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for development based on business value and user priorities.
• Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the ServiceNow AiOps development team to communicate requirements, clarify ambiguities, and ensure successful sprint execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, end users, and technical teams to manage expectations and address concerns.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing phases to ensure new/existing features and functionalities meet quality standards.
• Expert knowledge in Telecom Domain
