Job Description

ChabezTech LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Lead for a full-time onsite role in Millsboro, DE. This is a high-impact position requiring strong functional expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance. Familiarity with Absence Management, Benefits, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. You ll lead configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement efforts across key HR modules.


Responsibilities

  • Lead functional initiatives across Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance modules.

  • Gather business requirements, write functional specs, and support full lifecycle implementations.

  • Perform hands-on configuration and provide post-implementation support.

  • Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders for effective solution delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM applications.

  • Support system testing: write test cases, validate functionality, and ensure quality.

  • Maintain data security and ensure compliance with internal policies.


Required Qualifications

  • 8 10 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.

  • Proven expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Performance.

  • Familiarity with Absence Management, Benefits, and ORC preferred.

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field.

  • Strong understanding of system integration and functional configuration.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
