Role: Program Manager
Work location: Auburn Hills, MI Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, spanning various geographies and functional areas (product, engineering, business).
  • Drive strategic alignment across all program stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a shared understanding of program objectives.

Planning & Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication plans to ensure program health and progress.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

Problem Solving & Decision Making:

  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex program challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, even under pressure, to ensure timely and effective program progression.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization of program processes.
