Location - Remote (Candidates need to be located in the Midwest - Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois, or South Dakota)
This position is a full-time!
Rate: 110-130k/year plus annual bonus

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized AI solutions.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in developing AI solutions
- This person needs to come from a development background.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience working with Oracle
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with AI services offered by Microsoft Azure, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.
- Knowledge of OpenAI or GitHub Copilot is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
