Job Title: Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across firewalls, networking, storage, cloud, and data center operations, with hands-on experience in security technologies and large-scale data center migrations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to high-availability and secure system design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role
  • Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire)
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of infrastructure services including firewalls, networking, storage, cloud, and data center technologies.
  • Expertise in leading and managing secure network and firewall solutions implementation using Palo Alto and Cisco etc.
  • Oversee routing and switching environments leveraging protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, and VLAN segmentation.
  • Manage and support IPSec, SSL VPN, and DMVPN technologies for secure site-to-site and remote access connections.
  • Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions (e.g., Aruba, Cisco Viptela, Prisma) across multiple locations for optimized traffic and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee data center migrations, including server rack and stack, re-IP, workload moves, and cutover planning with minimal downtime.
  • Administer enterprise storage solutions (EMC, NetApp, Hitachi) and manage SAN, NAS, and RAID configurations.
  • Monitor network and system health using tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, and Wireshark for proactive incident response and capacity planning.
  • Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, including VPC, subnetting, and VPN tunnels.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, DevOps, and App teams to maintain a compliant, secure infrastructure environment.
  • Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and vendors, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and project deadlines are met.
  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Provide on-demand support during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PCNSE Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer
  • CCNP or CCIE Cisco Certified Network Professional/Expert
  • AWS/Azure Architect Associate
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • CISSP or equivalent security certification (a plus)
