Job Details
We are a Registered ServiceNow Partner. We are looking to hire ServiceNow Lead BPC - HAM, SAM for remote position to work on projects for our direct client.Skills Required: ServiceNow Lead BPC - HAM, SAMCertifications: CIS-SAM AND CIS-HAM. Should be ACTIVE.Communication Skills: GoodDetails: Customer has a lengthy onboarding process (attestations, laptops sent, etc.) Lead BPC who is an expert with HAM and SAM to run workshop sessions, document stories, demo solution and provide advisory. Assist with the implementation of both SAM Pro and HAM, Content Libraries and SCCM and Jamf Service Graph Connectors Set up Office 365 and Adobe Cloud Integrations and four (4) additional SaaS provider Configure Advanced Shipment Notification (ASN) from a vendor for automatic asset creation Assist with data loads, including software entitlements and stockroom creation (up to four (4 )) Support two geographies and Includes end user computing and data center Includes up to twenty-four (24) hours for functional / knowledge transfer sessionsQuestion 1: Please provide name and email that the certifications are listed under on ServiceNow portal.Date: April 28 Oct 30, 2025Total hours: 354Location: Remote
