Certified Epic Analyst (Current Cert Required) | Data Visualization & Interfaces | 2-5 years of Experience | Remote | Contract
Walker Healthforce is seeking a Certified Epic Analyst with 2-5 years’ experience to support a healthcare client based out of North Carolina. Candidates should have experience with Epic builds, upgrades, and optimization projects for large healthcare systems. Please have demonstrated experience working with various Epic modules including but not limited to Revenue, Clinical, and/or Reporting. Role requires experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and interface design, development, and maintenance.

START DATE: ASAP
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6-month w/ potential for extension
RATE RANGE: Based on experience, up to $60/hr.

CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Epic Certification required
- Familiarity with Epic Upgrade and Nova Notes
- Experience with healthcare/clinical data domains and concept
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee Epic builds, upgrades, and optimization projects for large healthcare systems
- Work with various Epic modules including but not limited to Revenue, Clinical, and/or Reporting
- Facilitate data warehousing, business intelligence, and interface design, development, and maintenance
- Troubleshoot error handling in Epic including creating/modifications of error work queues and using support utilities in Epic
- Work with stakeholders and IT team to troubleshoot Epic system issues and problems related to break-fixes and other support activities
