Walker Healthforce is seeking a Certified Epic Analyst with 2-5 years’ experience to support a healthcare client based out of Michigan. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
START DATE: 5/12/2025
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Epic Upgrade and Nove Notes
- Experience with healthcare/clinical data domains and concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense
- Experience with US healthcare workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience
- Current Epic Certification
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Up to date Epic Certified Consultant in Revenue or Clinical or Healthy Planet will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interfaces between hospital's Epic Access, Clinical and Revenue system and various healthcare information systems
- This role will require work on error handling in Epic including creating/modifications of error work queues and using support utilities in Epic
- This resource needs to work with stakeholders and IT team to troubleshoot Epic system issues and problems related to break-fixes and other support activities
