Product Owner - Software Development

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner with a background in software development to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful software products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize and refine product backlog items.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation.
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and other stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve product performance and usability.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with software development tools, such as Azure
• Certification in Agile or Scrum is a plus.
