We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards L4 Support HR Consultant to join our team. The consultant will provide advanced support, troubleshooting, and solutions for the JD Edwards HR module. This role requires deep functional knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR processes, hands-on experience with configuration and enhancements, and the ability to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 4 (expert-level) support for JD Edwards HR modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and related integrations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues escalated from L1 L3 support.
Partner with business users, technical teams, and vendors to analyze requirements and recommend best practices.
Perform system configuration, enhancements, and testing to support HR business processes.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to optimize JD Edwards HR functionalities and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
Lead or support HR module upgrades, patches, and system integration projects.
Provide expert-level insight on data integrity, payroll accuracy, and compliance reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits).
Strong experience in JD Edwards L4 or advanced support roles, including system troubleshooting, configuration, and customizations.
Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll processing, employee data management, benefits administration).
Experience working with JD Edwards upgrades, patches, and integrations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, IT teams, and vendors.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
