As part of our Implementation team, you'll be joining a tight-knit group of innovators deploying high-impact network solutions across the globe. If you thrive on ownership, live for solving complex network problems, and want to make a global impact-this is your opportunity. You'll be empowered to lead projects from design to cutover, collaborate with international customers, and grow your technical skills in a dynamic, future-focused environment.

What YOU will do

  • Lead multiple high-visibility network implementation projects, owning them from initial design through activation and support.
  • Configure and deploy Cisco routers and switches across a global WAN, using AGN's advanced networking templates and best practices.
  • Directly engage with customers and field technicians to manage WAN circuit activations, troubleshoot complex issues, and execute seamless network cutovers.
  • Coordinate the procurement, shipment, and export compliance of network equipment to global customer sites.
  • Create detailed cutover plans and maintain critical network documentation, including asset records, circuit information, and diagrams.
  • Participate in the team's Level 3 on-call rotation, supporting mission-critical escalations and maintaining AGN's high-availability standards.
  • Work in an environment supporting evening/weekend deployments for global cutovers.

What YOU will learn

  • You will gain advanced expertise in wide-area networking and security, including BGP routing, NAT, VPNs, DMVPN, and Cisco ASA firewalls.
  • You will build global implementation experience in a large-scale, service provider-class WAN supporting aviation and transportation systems.
  • You will develop your leadership and customer communication skills through cross-functional, high-impact projects and real-world deployments.

Qualifications YOU Must Have

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring Cisco routers and switches in a production WAN
  • Prior experience building router configurations using templates and BGP routing expertise.
  • Experience with NAT, VPNs (Site-to-Site, DMVPN), and WAN technologies (e.g., T1/E1, HDLC, DSL, Cellular, MPLS).
  • Prior experience troubleshooting network issues and isolating root causes.

Qualifications WE Prefer

  • Excellent oral and written communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • CCNA certification required, CCNP highly preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing WAN connectivity in enterprise or service provider environments.
