Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote)

Roles and Responsibilities:
A Product Manager focuses on strategic vision, vendor relationships, and long-term product planning, while the Product Owner drives day-to-day execution by managing the backlog, writing user stories, and prioritizing work for development teams. Together, they ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Add to SRC, Product Pillar for increased workload in product portfolio rapid expansion.
A senior product owner is needed to manage core portfolio products or platforms that require deeper technical understanding and more complex stakeholder engagement.
• Drive delivery coordination across multiple engineering teams.
• Mentor junior product owners to ensure consistency in execution.
• Lead prioritization and backlog refinement for high-impact products.
• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for team delivery.
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
• Continuous stakeholder engagement.
Driving work at the crew level as it relates to planning and prioritization
Leadership and ability to influence without authority
Mentor and coach lower level product owners
