Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Studio Scripting in NICE InContact for omni-channel call center workflows.
Build and manage Designer Scripting in LiveVox for omni-channel operations.
LiveVox Dialer / Smart Reach with scripting
NICE Personal Contact Dialer
NICE IEX (Workforce Management)
NICE Quality Management
Integrate APIs with third-party systems, including Snowflake and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable, efficient call center solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing scripts and integrations to improve performance.
