Job Details

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in program management, with a focus on testing initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of the retail domain and related business processes (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Prior experience working with retail clients or programs is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale testing programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to define objectives, translate requirements into actionable plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Oversee project timelines, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
