Job Details
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in program management, with a focus on testing initiatives.
- Solid understanding of the retail domain and related business processes (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- Prior experience working with retail clients or programs is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale testing programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define objectives, translate requirements into actionable plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Drive strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Oversee project timelines, risk management, and quality assurance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
