Job Title: Workday HCM Analyst
Location: Franklin, TN (Hybrid)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) to support configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure Workday HCM meets organizational needs while driving process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HCM functionality, providing end-user support and troubleshooting
- Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system changes
- Lead testing, validation, and deployment of Workday updates, enhancements, and integrations
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven HR decisions
- Ensure data integrity by performing audits, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions
- Support integration between Workday and other systems (Payroll, Benefits, Finance, etc.)
- Document processes, create training materials, and conduct user training sessions
- Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and support experience
- Strong expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, or Absence modules
- Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and calculated fields
- Knowledge of Workday security, business processes, and integrations (EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Experience working in an Agile or iterative HRIS environment
- Workday HCM certification
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking
- Knowledge of Prism Analytics or People Analytics
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and HR data security best practices
