Role: Senior System Engineer with Cisco UCCX
Location: Hybrid | Onsite 2 days/week in Mid-Michigan
Duration: Long-term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Engineer and implement UCCX solutions
Support Cisco CUCM & Unity Connection environments
Provide Level 2 & 3 support and train internal teams'
Develop technical/process documentation
