Interview: Regional Manager will personally call shortlisted candidates
Max Experience: 20 22 years

• Looking for a SRE Solution Guru someone who has directly delivered SRE solutions for large enterprise clients.
• Prefer senior titles like Architect, Consultant, Head of SRE.
• Not looking for generic SRE engineers must be solution-driven and client-facing.
• Worked for / with large GSIs: Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Altimetrik, Accenture, etc.

Core Technical Skills

Languages & Frameworks:

• .NET, SQL, React
• Python, Scripting Languages

Monitoring & Observability:

• Dynatrace
• SolarWinds DPA
• Splunk
• Elastic Stack

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• AWS Cloud
• Terraform, Ansible Tower (IaC & automation)
• Kubernetes / Container orchestration

CI/CD & DevOps:

• Git, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows
• Jenkins (or equivalent tools)

SRE-Specific Expertise

• Strong in SRE Core Principles: CUJ, SLO, SLI, Error Budgeting based on NFRs
• Experience in reducing TOIL through automation
• Strong CI/CD pipeline automation and governance skills
• Monitoring & AIOps: Build and lead proactive monitoring systems and anomaly detection
• Error Budget tracking, SRE dashboards, Root cause analysis, and system reliability design
• Cloud Platform Design for reliability, scalability, and automation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead SRE practices for critical applications
• Drive automation and process optimization across SDLC
• Lead reliability initiatives with development and operations teams
• Define and maintain SRE error budgets and dashboards
• Establish observability, AIOps, and incident response standards
• Provide strategic direction as SRE advocate to client leadership
