Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $66.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and manager risks related to released, implementing mitigation plans as needed
- Define and document release processes, standards and tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Oversee the deployment of software, ensuring quality and compliance with release criteria
- Track and report release progress, identifying areas for improvement in the release pipeline
- Management and resolve release-related issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery.
- Facilitate post-release reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in software development or related field
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent work experience
- Experience in DevOps
- Proficiency in release management tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira or similar
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Extremely high communication, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of Force.com
- Data & Analytics experience a plus
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
