Job Details
Hansen Talent Group is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA I) to support a large entterprise in Columbia, SC. This role will support secure, web-based Java applications in a collaborative Agile environment.
What you ll do:
- Work with business and technical teams to define and document user requirements, create user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure accurate deployment of solutions. You ll participate in Agile ceremonies, refine backlogs, support testing and UAT, and help improve processes.
- This role also provides guidance to team members and ensures business objectives align with system capabilities.
What you need:

Experience with Agile/Scrum, writing user stories, and working with secure web-based Java systems

Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills

Proficiency in Visio, MS Project, SQL, or data mining tools
Preferred:
CBAP, CSPO, or PMI-ACP certification; HIPAA or LOMA certification; experience with Digital.ai Agility or secure application environments
