Job Description::

We are seeking a Technical Pre-Sales and Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, and enablement, ability to understand and align with the organizational objectives

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams and participate in customer meetings to understand customer pain points and craft compelling proposals and pitches. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, including solution architectures, to communicate the proposed solution effectively to internal teams and customers.
  • Understand the stakeholders' technical expertise and business background to communicate complex technical concepts and business functionalities effectively
  • Lead a PoC or MVP to test the feasibility of a proposed solution or evaluate emerging tech.
  • On a need basis, take charge of deliveries, lead the implementation team, and provide mentorship until milestone completion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the products and services offered by Relevantz.
  • Should be willing to travel for work

Total Industry Experience:   18 - 20 years

Technical Presales Exp:   5 years

Typical Activities

This role encompasses understanding the client's needs, analyzing existing systems and infrastructure, and then creating a comprehensive plan for building new solutions meeting the business objectives integrating new technologies and/or updating existing ones to achieve the desired outcomes.

  1. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs. Translate these requirements into high-level technical specifications and architectural designs.
  2. Solution Design: Develop end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals, leveraging appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks. Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures that meet performance, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
  3. Architecture Development: Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation outlining the structure, components, interfaces, and dependencies of the proposed solution. Ensure alignment with industry best practices, standards, and compliance requirements.
  4. Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within the solution architecture. Make recommendations based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to communicate technical concepts, solicit feedback, and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
  6. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the solution architecture, conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to safeguard against security threats, data breaches, and system failures.
  7. 7. Implementation Oversight: Provide guidance and technical leadership throughout the implementation phase, collaborating with development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines, coding standards, and best practices. Resolve technical challenges and address any issues that arise during implementation.
  8. Performance Optimization: Conduct performance analysis and tuning activities to optimize system performance, scalability, and resource utilization. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, implementing optimizations to enhance the overall performance of the solution.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying abreast of technological advancements, participating in professional development activities, and sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Drive initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and elevate the quality of deliverables.
  10. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and thought leadership on solution architecture, digital transformation, and IT modernization initiatives. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving long-term business success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, cloud computing, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Strong Technical Experience in Java or .Net or Cloud
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
