• Function the group supports from an LOB perspective: Maintaining digital operations: one side of MIS for 17 applications; they do work on servers, upgrading software, patching software, installing certificates, working change requests on the run side. They'll need to do some incident management; work in ServiceNow and troubleshooting the incidents; looking in the logs and using skill logs scale.

Candidate preferred industry background:

• Banking financial would be the preference; but any kind of development operations and computer science and computer tech background
• Dynamic of your team and where this candidate will fit into the overall environment: 6 team members: 1 team member is on leave; system support, technical system engineer, software engineer; The hired contractor will be more of a software engineer associate and this person will come in as an entry level.
