• Currently seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI/ML-powered features and tools that help generate new business, reduce significant costs to increase margin, and optimize employee experiences that ultimately drive business outcomes. As part of our team, you'll work with cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and be at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pioneering cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to enhance end-to-end logistics processes, elevate patient engagement on a personalized level, and boost overall employee productivity.
• Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, which includes product development, vendor management, data science, business intelligence, analytics, as well as sales and operations, to craft machine learning algorithms and oversee relevant KPIs.
• Establishing efficient data pipelines that serve as the lifeblood of our machine learning models.
• Engaging in consultation with managers to define and fine-tune machine learning objectives for optimal outcomes.
• Crafting, training, and fine-tuning machine learning models using a diverse array of tools and frameworks.
• Curating and curating data sets by collecting, cleansing, and preprocessing data to ensure its quality and suitability for machine learning applications.
• Spearheading feature engineering efforts to identify and select pertinent features that enhance model performance and predictive accuracy.
• Employing a thoughtful approach in the selection of machine learning algorithms and techniques tailored to the unique demands of each problem and dataset.
• Designing and executing robust evaluation methodologies to gauge the effectiveness and resilience of machine learning models.
• Implementing the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
• Maintaining vigilant oversight of model performance, promptly identifying and addressing issues, and conducting necessary model retraining as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of dedicated AI/ML and NLP experience
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and creating AI/ML models for ranking and recommendation systems, encompassing traditional machine learning, collaborative/content-based recommendation methods, as well as cutting-edge deep learning algorithms, reinforcement learning, and bandit techniques
• Experience with Graph-based algorithms and infrastructure
• Demonstrated history as a machine learning engineer or a similar role
• Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitudes
• An innovative mindset with a fervor for continuous skill development
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Profound mathematical and computational proficiency, including a deep grasp of probability, statistics, and algorithms
• Comprehensive expertise in machine learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, Keras orPyTorch
• Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
• Proficient coding skills (Python, Java, C#, etc.), MLOps tools, Elastic Search
• Substantial experience in leveraging cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure) for ML model implementation
• Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing techniques (tokenization, entity extraction, BERT and GPT language models, etc.)
