Job Title: Manual QA Tester - Lending Experience
Location: Irving TX - Onsite

Need Manual QA Tester with Lending Operations Experience
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with a strong background in banking and lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing and a solid understanding of loan origination systems.
Experience with the BakerHill NextGen platform is highly desirable.
- Perform hands-on manual testing of banking and lending applications.
- Prepare comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Develop and maintain a traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of requirements.
- Execute test cases, document results, and provide clear steps for reproducing bugs.
- Generate and deliver weekly test status and burn reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in banking and lending environments.
- Hands-on manual testing expertise.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create clear, reproducible bug reports and test documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BakerHill NextGen loan origination system.
- Familiarity with traceability matrices and test coverage analysis.
- Experience in preparing and presenting test status and burn reports.
