Sr. Demand Analyst ? (MedPharm Specific)

The Senior Demand Analyst is a key contributor to enterprise capacity and resource planning efforts, with a specialized focus on driving demand visibility and process maturity. This role goes beyond tactical execution, requiring a consultative and prescriptive approach to engage stakeholders, establish demand baselines, and help mature existing process. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of communication, analytical, and change advocacy skills to help teams evolve.

Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary demand and capacity liaison for a large team, partnering with delivery managers and planning leads to uncover and plan for resourcing needs based on demand.
Assess current-state planning practices and introduce structured frameworks for forecasting and tracking demand.
Facilitate alignment sessions with technical teams, delivery managers, and leadership to extract progress updates and translate them into actionable entries in ServiceNow SPM.
Lead iterative discovery and validation processes to build a comprehensive and realistic picture of team capacity.
Provide prescriptive/consultative recommendations when teams are unable to articulate or demonstrate current demand practices.
Identify data quality gaps and initiate remediation efforts, collaborating with analysts and stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
Leverage storytelling and data interpretation to bridge the gap between delivery activity and planning insights.
Support planning and prioritization decisions by escalating risks & identifying bottlenecks.
Contribute to overall governance efforts by maintaining data integrity and promoting best practices in capacity planning.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field ? or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience in demand management, resource planning, business analysis, or IT portfolio operations.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage resistant or skeptical teams in constructive dialogue.
Demonstrated experience introducing new planning frameworks or baseline measurement models in uncertain or undefined environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize partial data into meaningful recommendations.
Experience translating informal or incomplete information into structured planning artifacts (e.g., demand forecasts, capacity models, etc).

Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or similar PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity).
Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or clinical IT setting.
Familiarity with Agile coaching principles and resource portfolio governance, even if not directly in a coaching role.
