We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background with exceptional communication skills to engage customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored technical solutions.

This position requires professional proficiency in Mandarin to collaborate with international teams and support global customers.

  • Drive sales growth with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, including engineering and sourcing teams.

  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, and solution design.

  • Represent the company s connectivity and interconnect solutions to customers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth customer engagement and project delivery.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to sales forecasting and pipeline management.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in a technical sales, application engineering, or customer-facing role.

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs preferred.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (verbal and written).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
