Position Summary:
Sr. ERP Solution Architect - Supply Chain to lead supply chain related initiatives across the organization and drive future state solutions to meet dynamic business needs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on ERP supply chain solutions experience, deep functional knowledge of supply chain business processes and interdependencies, as well as excellent communication skills and a knack for managing relationships with key business stakeholders and external partners alike.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Governance across organizational pillars of Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Master data management, Pricing, BOM, Part list, Planning & Scheduling, Integration support to other systems
- Drive alignment and adherence to global standardized Supply Chain ERP processes across client BU's and deliver on ERP implementations within the supply chain group
- Review of design specifications for approved enhancements
- Track Enhancement deliverables in line with planned release dates
- Review site gaps and solutions in line with global model
- Functional release of new processes or changes to existing processes to all sites
- Review of site-specific configuration workbooks at QA and PD phases
- Review and update Global Process Masters and Configuration workbook templates
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience in the Life Science space
- 5+ years of experience with JDE supply chain solutions
- Deep knowledge in functional areas of: Order to Cash, Manufacturing, Procure to Pay, Inventory and warehouse management, Master data management (Pricing, BOM, Part list), and Planning & Scheduling
- Experience leading IT teams
- Proven history of effectively managing cross-functional relationships with business stakeholders and key external partners
- SAP experience preferred, not required
- Excellent communication skills
