Role: MS Dynamics 365 Developer (Technical Lead)
Location: Northbrook, IL Hybrid (Local candidates only)

Overview:
Looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale business applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep Dynamics 365 CE expertise, strong C# development skills, and a proactive approach to optimization and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligned with business needs.
Customize and configure components using C#, Power Automate, and web APIs.
Manage system integrations, workflows, and data integrity.
Ensure platform reliability and performance; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes.
Provide on-call support during key operational events (migrations, Hypercare).
Leverage Azure App Insights, Power BI, and other tools for system monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years with Dynamics 365 CE (Online/On-premises) or similar CRM platforms.
Proficiency in C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, T-SQL, FetchXML, SOAP, REST APIs.
Expertise in plugins, Power Automate, ALM, and data modeling.
Experience with API integrations, queuing systems, and Azure services.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales module (Customer/Field Service a plus).
Strong communicator with hands-on Agile/DevOps exposure (Jira, CI/CD).
