Job Description:
- Salesforce Technical Program Manager (PM)
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience, with at least five (5) years leading complex projects and programs, preferably on technical solutions development projects and Salesforce programs, plus:
- Active CBP BI clearance required.
- A certification in project management from a recognized credentialing agency (e.g., Project Management Profession (PMP) and/or Program management professional from the Project Management Institute) is preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative work environment.
- Experience with full lifecycle Agile program management
- Experience effectively communicating with senior levels of a customer organization.
- Experience delivering solutions to production and/or migrating legacy applications to new modern platforms.
- Experience meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and effectively execute those items in accordance with approved plans.
- Ensures the team is fully functional and productive, enables close cooperation across all roles and functions, shields the team from external interferences and removes barriers, facilitates Daily Scrums/Project Meetings,refere communicates information outside the team, keeps the team focused on the tasks at hand, conducts stakeholder management.
