Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of critical IT delivery projects, collaborating closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and testing teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
- Lead project delivery from inception to production with a strong DevSecOps mindset.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope, technical strategy, and delivery timelines.
- Drive the Elaboration Phase, translating business requirements into precise technical deliverables.
- Utilize comparison tools and frameworks to select optimal technologies and methodologies.
- Champion User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Manage rollout strategies and production deployments with minimal disruption.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, translating complexity into actionable outcomes.
- Embed security practices into the delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance and resilience.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in complex enterprise environments as a delivery lead or similar role.
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong track record of managing end-to-end delivery from scope definition to production rollout.
- Proficiency in using comparison and evaluation tools for solution design and architecture decision-making.
- Excellent skills in UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
