Industrial Automation Manager OT/ PLC / SCADA /Validation /Project Management

Location :Westpoint, PA

key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years automation system programming and IOT experience
  • Hands on experience such as installation / troubleshooting experience (development, design, and PLC-programming) in Shopfloor Manufacturing systems like OSIPI Data Historian, Siemens PLC, Rockwell system
  • Fluent English, working across time zones and with multicultural teams
    Core Responsibilities
  • Standardize automation platforms in Shopfloor Manufacturing.
  • Support installation and commissioning of production lines from OT perspective.
  • Maintain global procedures and qualification strategies for the PI Data Historian Platform and work with site teams to ensure systems are maintained in accordance with Amgen and regulatory requirement
  • Identify and collect continuous improvement for enhanced productivity, usability, and serviceability.
  • Drives and defines platform activities to ensure growth and robust production in respect to novelties and element specific c
  • Provides technical guidance for automation and IT architecture for development and design of automation/software for equipment in collaboration with suppliers and m
  • Ensures modularity and robustness for automation and mechatronics related technology for next generation of production
  • Support collaboration development of cross function
  • Develop the Automation roadmap for Sequencing & Life Sciences through both
  • stakeholder management and external vendor collaborations
  • Provides IT knowledge to ensure state of the art architecture for a digital
  • Actively engage stakeholders and customers during and post the ramp up phase of new automation equipment.
