Title: Lead Developer

Job description:

• Around 7+ Years of experience developing and designing high performance designs for Java based applications
• Experience & Hands-on with Java and Full Stack
• Experience & Hands-on on entire SDLC
• Experience & Hands-on skills on Solution design ability to create high level / low level designs
• Guide developers right from requirements phase to delivery.
• This will include ensuring requirements are understood by developers / impact analysis / appropriate high level & low level designs are created & reviewed / ensuring quality coding / ensuring code reviews / ensuring appropriate source controls are followed / ensuring all required artifacts are included in the build & deployment
