SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES
It is the responsibility of the Strategic Analytics Senior Manager to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Treasury Management Strategic Analytics Sr Manager will focus on business intelligence and data analytics; budgeting; strategic planning; and project management. They will leverage business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI; Snowflake; Workday; Microsoft Sharepoint; and other software to streamline reporting and enhance decision-making. This role requires a candidate with strong UI/UX skills, who can design professional, user-friendly, and visually appealing solutions that are intuitive and enjoyable for end-users. This position will contribute to the Treasury Management department with annual budget construction and management; annual Line of Business strategic planning; and internal department project management and execution, including bank system conversions and upgrades.
The Senior Manager will lead a team that will work closely with internal business partners, and must excel in a collaborative environment, bringing excellent interpersonal skills to the team. The Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement to the FP&A processes, business unit reporting, and business partnerships to maximize financial impact.

COMPETENCIES
Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
Experience : 10+ years of progressive financial experience in financial reporting leadership or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is located in a private office. Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered.

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial reporting, detailed financial analysis, and integration of budget plan and budget forecast, to support Treasury Management and Treasury Management business leadership in achieving financial goals.
- Provides strategic insights and analytics to support senior leadership decision-making through financial reporting.
- Manages financial analysis and reporting for Treasury Management, acting as the key liaison between the Finance department and other internal stakeholders.
- Partners with senior management on strategic initiatives, including due diligence and financial modeling for investments, acquisitions, and new business lines.
- Develops, designs, and maintains advanced business intelligence reports through software tools like Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and visualizations that meet business requirements and delight users.
- Leverages project management capabilities to help drive initiatives to completion, holding project team members accountable for execution and delivery, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed of initiative progress.
- Utilizes Microsoft Power Query to transform and clean data, ensuring data quality and accuracy for reporting.
- Writes and optimizes SQL queries for data extraction and analysis from various sources, including Snowflake.
- Collaborates with internal business partners to understand their requirements, providing insightful data solutions that drive decision-making.
- Acts as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs.
- Stays up-to-date with the latest developments in business intelligence technologies and industry trends, particularly in Microsoft Power BI and Power Query, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Participates in cross-functional projects, bringing business intelligence expertise to enhance decision-making and drive business outcomes.

COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence Analyst role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power BI and related technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing high-quality business intelligence dashboards and reports with a strong emphasis on UI/UX.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data transformation concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and applying new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
