Location: Eastern Region (90% Remote - East Coast Preferred)

Description:
* The MS Active Directory Integration Lead will provide subject matter expertise across key technology areas to support a proof of concept initiative focused on enhancing the integration of acquired entities into a large-scale enterprise environment.
* The role aims to streamline technology, processes, and tools to improve technical efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance end-user productivity and experience, particularly in the context of tenant migrations.
* The position will be heavily involved in managing and driving specific technical workstreams related to directory services, collaboration services, endpoint management, and user migrations.
Required Skills:
* Deep knowledge of directory services and cloud-based identity platforms
* Expertise in collaboration and communication platforms across hybrid environments
* Experience with endpoint configuration, software packaging, publishing, and distribution
* Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and other relevant tools for automation and discovery
* Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as device management and software distribution platforms
* Ability to lead end-to-end migrations including Active Directory objects, collaboration services, and cloud-based resources
* Solid understanding of identity and access management principles
* Knowledge of coexistence strategies and cross-tenant collaboration
* Ability to drive and support technical workstreams, including offshore collaboration
* Excellent communication and technical leadership skills
Desired Skills:
* In-depth experience with enterprise migration projects involving multiple acquired entities
* Familiarity with endpoint management tools and software asset management solutions
* Strong background in scripting for discovery, configuration, and migration automation
* Exposure to comprehensive migration strategies for users, groups, computers, and collaboration services
Compensation:
Pay Range: $58.80-$84.00 Per HR
