Job Details
We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of various marketing events, ensuring successful outcomes that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Organize logistics for trade shows, conferences, and internal events
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth event execution
- Assist with event promotion through email, social media, and other marketing channels
- Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting to measure success
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in event planning or marketing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various marketing tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating travel itineraries, schedules, and accommodations
- Background in public sector event coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
