Job Title: Software Engineer Embedded
Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Clearance: Active DoD Clearance required

We are seeking a Software Engineer Embedded to join our Strike Weapons Program team. In this role, you will contribute to designing and developing cutting-edge embedded software for real-time systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Support requirements development, architecture, detailed design, coding, unit testing, and integration of embedded software.
  • Ensure compliance with software standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field.

  • Strong Object-Oriented programming skills with C/C++ on Linux.

  • Hands-on experience in embedded real-time software development, debugging, and testing.

  • Familiarity with RTOS environments (VxWorks, Integrity, LynxOS, Yocto Linux, etc.).

  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance (investigated within the last 5 years).

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerPC, ARM, or RISC-V architectures.

  • Background in real-time computer-in-loop and hardware-in-loop testing.

  • Prior experience with weapon system integration.
